Hello!
We are so excited to have you join us for our 4th Annual Caribbean Carnival!
Just a few Housekeeping requirements we’d like to share with you for the big day!!
Event day: Saturday, August 12th 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM ET
Event Location: Cantine Veterans Memorial Field Pavilion St. Saugerties, NY 12477
1. Vendors will be granted access to the site at 9:00 AM the morning of the event, and must be completely set up by 11:30 AM.(people come early so feel free to set up accordingly)
2. All vehicles must be parked outside of the area after setup. Vehicles left in the pavilion/vending area WILL BE TOWED! All vehicles can park in other areas of the street.
3. Break down is at 7:00 PM and vendors must be open until that time. There will be no allowance for early breakdown or departure. All vendors are 100% responsible for cleanup at the end of the event.
4. All vendors are responsible for attaining permits from their regulatory agency.
5. Vendors are expected to be civil and respectful to each other and to customers. The Organization (Seasoned Gives) reserves the right to dismiss a vendor for offensive behavior.
6. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining all health department certificates and will not be permitted to sell food without it. If you need assistance in filing please contact info@seasonedgive.org.
7. Proof of insurance is required at least one week prior to event, if you need assistance in obtaining insurance please inquire at info@seasonedgives.org
8. Please remember to share Saturday’s event with your friends, and families, as well as on your social media sites!!!
