Train The Trainer

Seasoned Gives' collaboration with Cornell and the Workforce Development Institute in 2023 marked a significant milestone. We proudly introduced the Train the Trainer program, the first of its kind in the state, tailored to meet the unique demands of New York's thriving cannabis industry. This groundbreaking initiative has served as a catalyst for empowering a carefully selected group of 14 individuals who have become proficient trainers, ready to provide invaluable support and guidance to job seekers aspiring to join the dynamic cannabis world.

The program boasts a comprehensive curriculum covering a spectrum of essential aspects integral to the cannabis workforce. Participants engaged in areas such as industry regulations, cultivation techniques, product knowledge, and the nuances of customer relations. However, it's not merely about theoretical knowledge; our emphasis on practical application and case studies ensures that these future trainers are not only knowledgeable but also skilled in effectively transferring their expertise to aspiring individuals.
